Shipping policy

We require 48 hours processing time on all orders. ‘Processing time’ is the period between your order placement and our team preparing the order to ship. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your provided contact. ‘Shipping time’ is the period from when your order leaves our DC until it arrives at your door.  

All orders are packed to archival standards and in accordance with UPS/FedEx/USPS regulations. Paintings are sent in freight approved lidded art boxes; cradled surface is sheathed with archival material. Your painting is properly packed, labeled and protected for it’s journey. We do our very best to ensure it’s safety enroute. 

Domestic

• Paintings under 15” x 15” ship expedited & insured via USPS
• Paintings 30” x 40” & under ship expedited & insured via UPS
• Paintings 40” x 40” & under ship overnight & insured via UPS w/$250 handling fee
• Paintings over 40” x 40” require custom crating/expedited shipping/insurance via UPS.  Please add $500 handling fee

International orders, please inquire for shipping & insurance rates. Buyer is responsible for handling/shipping/insurance and applicable duties &/or taxes due at the time of import. Pinktonic.art is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our DC.
